I have worked with skin tones quite a while and mixing and matching, I have come up with pretty good colors for dolls. These colors will show up basically on any modern computer monitor; being that the average comptuer of today uses millions of colors and so "web safe colors" arent really much of a factor anymore. I have used these exact colors on the dolls on this websites, (ie..such as the one on the left <----) and so far I have had no problems with coloration issues.
These colors can be ajusted as you see fit.
The left side is the skin colors and outlines that you will need to emphasize the coloration. The right side is bluses that match well with the varations of skin colors I have create. The lipsticks are also a mixture of colors that I have come up with that fits the varation of skin shades I have made. *Still mix and match to your desire.
